Scholars refer to a certain set of names for the Lord as His “Redemptive Names”. Names that describe the ongoing ministry He has with His saints after they come to faith in Him. Will be looking at another of those names in the message today. What a tremendous reminder they are to us that there is more to our salvation than a one-time experience that “seals the deal” and then the Lord is done with us until the Judgment Seat! That is not true – He ministers to us continually! “Jehovah Nissi – The Lord is Our Banner” is taken from Exodus 17:8-16.
