Missions Emphasis Sunday

Today is our “Missions Emphasis Sunday” – a special time each year that we set aside call our attention to the Missions outreach of UBC. Right now, we support monthly, 12 missionary families or projects throughout the world. Each receive $150.00. Earlier this morning we were able to hear from the Pastors we help in the Philippine Islands. We appreciate their hard work and the fruit of their ministries that, through our support, we share in. Today we have with us Rev. Kirill and Elena Swiderski, our missionaries through Chosen People Ministries to the Russian speaking Jews of Chicago. We are looking forward to their ministry to us today.
