Jesus Christ was the consummate teacher – skilled in every respect and ever alert to the opportunity to drive the truth of a lesson home to the student. The Last Supper was, in many respects, a class-room for some final instruction on being the servant of Christ. Illustrated by the Savior Himself! Being the Lord’s servant is not about DOING stuff – it is about BEING something in the deepest recesses of our heart. We’ll talk about the final instructions Christ gave us as He approached Calvary. “Lessons from the Lord’s Table” is taken from John 13:1-38.
