An Appeal for Thanksgiving

On this Sunday before Thanksgiving I thought it would be good to spend some time considering what the Lord says about His people having a thankful spirit. And He says a lot! Genuine thankfulness of heart has many spiritual benefits both for the individual believer and for the greater body of Christ. So many things in our walk with Christ have a connection to an attitude of gratitude! That is the general theme in our text today. “An Appeal for Thanksgiving” is taken from Psalm 107:1-43.
