Loving the Unlovable

When Christ commissioned His disciples to take the gospel to the whole world, He didn’t just send them with a message to be proclaimed, He also sent them as living examples of lives transformed by “the love of God shed abroad” in their own hearts. What possible motivation could there be to share a message of love and redemption with those we do not love or hope to see redeemed? But how do we do we love those that are hostile to our Savior, the Gospel message, and to those of us commissioned to share it? We’ll talk about that today. “Loving the Unlovable” will begin in John 4.
