On this Labor Day week-end, we are going to con-sider what the Bible says about laborers. It’s important to remember that when God created Adam and Eve, perfectly, He immediately put them to work! Our labor is very closely associated with who we are! In the Bible, though, our labor involves much more than just our 8-5 job. It carries over into our spiritual life. It is that aspect of our labor that we will talk about today. “An Invitation for Those Who Labor” is taken from Matthew 11:28-30.
